Joshua Lohrman has 12+ years in the banking and credit card industry. He graduated from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a Business Finance Degree in 2004. During school and after graduation he was a manager in the Loss Prevention Department at Discover Card in New Albany, OH for 5 years.
Operations
Meet Marco Oikkonen. As a native to Puerto Rico, Marco saw a huge opportunity to bring superior service, rates, and new innovative solutions to the market. With multiple years of experience in the payment industry, Marco brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Certified as an ETA CPP professional, Marco is well-versed in the latest industry standards and best practices.
Senior Account Manager
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carlos attended the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez and later the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus where he earned his two master's degrees. He is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong background in administration and sales. As a Puerto Rican native he is deeply connected to his roots and is passionate about contributing to the expansion of Caribbean Payments with the ultimate goal of improving financial accessibility and inclusivity throughout Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region.
Senior Support Representative
Franco is a key member of the Caribbean Payments team, bringing a strong background in sales and a deep commitment to customer service. With experience across multiple industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, and Technology, he has developed a reputation for delivering a truly personalized, human-first approach. Since the age of 18, Franco has focused on building lasting relationships with clients by ensuring they always feel supported, heard, and valued.
